Team Lead HDO (Warehouse)

Location: Lancaster, Texas, United States — onsite warehouse position

Salary: USD 21.25–22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assist the supervisor with managing warehouse operations and overseeing department activities.
• Lead the department, delegate work, and maintain a 100% fill rate.
• Manage inventory and provide training to warehouse associates.
• Ensure proper use and accountability of tools and equipment.
• Respond to email and verbal questions and keep products moving through the department.
• Maintain department cleanliness, including daily trash compacting.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of a warehouse management system.
• Leadership, motivational, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform floor work while leading warehouse associates.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products weighing over 150 pounds unassisted or with a team lift.
• Experience across multiple warehouse areas, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Ability to read and comprehend English for workplace safety. At least two years of work experience and excellent attendance are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with High Jump.
