Commercial Strategy Associate (Ecommerce)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; four days in the office Monday–Thursday and one remote day on Friday

Salary: $68,000–$74,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Analyze product catalog data, market trends, categories, and vendors to improve selection, customer satisfaction, trust, and conversion.
• Partner with merchandising, promotions, marketing, suppliers, and operations to advance category performance and profitability.
• Create and enforce product assortment and process guidelines that improve quality and efficiency.
• Build supplier relationships, support negotiations, and improve the end-to-end customer experience.
• Analyze competitors and performance trends, develop business cases, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows and other offsite events.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of transferable corporate experience, including internships or co-op experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interest in emerging technology and ability to use generative AI tools such as Gemini to improve efficiency.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global visa sponsorship.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
