Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations, DoorDash for Business (Merchant)

Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA; remote or hybrid work available depending on preference

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD base salary annually, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Run data-driven experiments and lead product and feature improvement initiatives.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to improve tools that drive delivery and merchant quality.
• Build analytical models to evaluate business economics and identify meaningful patterns.
• Design and execute test plans and initiatives that improve merchant and dasher quality.
• Develop go-to-market plans and translate insights from clients, merchants, and dashers into product improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, and business development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, achieve goals, and operate in a complex, fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Intermediate SQL experience is strongly preferred.
• Customer-focused approach and comfort working with clients, merchants, dashers, and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently through ambiguity and develop plans for difficult problems.
