Location: Boston, Massachusetts; candidates must be based in Boston, MA and comply with the team’s hybrid work schedule

Annual base pay: $143,000–$154,000

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for hirify.global’s experimentation platform.
• Lead the Experimentation Platform squad and guide the evolution toward an AI-powered experimentation operating system.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, machine learning, analytics, and business teams to identify workflow bottlenecks.
• Enable teams to create hypotheses, launch experiments, measure impact, and act confidently on results.
• Expand platform adoption and reduce the engineering effort required to run experiments.
• Apply AI to hypothesis generation, variant creation, analysis, and organizational learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience driving value and optimization for mature, widely adopted platform products.
• Strong user empathy and experience collaborating with engineers, analysts, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Proven success evangelizing platform capabilities and driving adoption.
• Technical and analytical depth in experimentation methodologies, statistical concepts, measurement frameworks, experiment design, metrics, and interpretation of results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
