Virtual Senior Customer Service Associate (Ecommerce)

Location: Remote within the United States; full-time shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST, with one weekend day and one weekday off.

Salary: Starting at $18.60 per hour, with the final rate based on location zip code; quarterly performance bonuses of up to $2,200.

What you will do

• Handle approximately 50–60 customer contacts per shift by phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve post-order questions involving shipping, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, delivery, and order status.
• Listen actively, show empathy, de-escalate concerns, and provide individualized solutions without scripted responses.
• Navigate multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and systems while maintaining efficient customer service performance.
• Identify recurring customer issues and escalate systemic trends to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• English reading, writing, and comprehension required.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent computer skills.
• Mandatory training attendance is required with no missed time, tardiness, or unplanned absence.
