Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (AI)

What you will do

• Own the enterprise product roadmap, prioritizing capabilities for large customers.
• Drive platform capabilities covering organizations and identity, keys and quotas, spend controls, usage observability, audit, policy enforcement, and data residency.
• Define the enterprise API surface and improve developer workflows for platform teams, architects, and developers.
• Work with customer success, sales, and forward-deployed engineering to identify customer needs and validate them directly in enterprise accounts.
• Distinguish account-specific requests from scalable product patterns and represent enterprise evidence in roadmap decisions.
• Equip sales and marketing with positioning, materials, and product knowledge for a technical product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including significant experience with enterprise products in B2B, developer platform, or API businesses.
• Experience building developer-facing or API products and understanding effective API design.
• Experience delivering enterprise platform capabilities such as identity, permissions, quotas, usage controls, audit, or compliance.
• Experience working with large enterprise accounts and converting customer insights into shipped products.
• Credibility with technical buyers, including platform teams, architects, security, and procurement.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and the role of search and retrieval in agentic workflows.

Nice to have

• Background as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or solutions architect.
• Experience in search, information retrieval, or NLP.
• Experience with API-first businesses serving both self-serve and enterprise customers.
• Experience building products for regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
