Product Manager Enterprise Data Management

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; candidates must be located in the Netherlands. Relocation is not possible. Hybrid work between home and office.

Gross monthly salary: €5,994–€8,563 for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary squad developing, operating, and improving enterprise data management and governance services.
• Define and communicate the product vision, measurable outcomes, roadmap, and prioritised backlog.
• Balance strategic change, AI-enabled automation, regulatory requirements, operational continuity, and technology evolution.
• Implement global data management policies and business processes with the Global Data Management chapter.
• Improve data quality, metadata, lineage, reference data, privacy management, AI governance, and data issue management capabilities.
• Align stakeholders across business and technology functions and guide decisions on enhancing, integrating, or replacing technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least three years of experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role and at least three years of relevant data management experience.
• Experience developing product visions, roadmaps, and backlogs and managing delivery with a multidisciplinary squad.
• Experience in complex, international, and highly regulated organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to connect business and technology stakeholders.
• Fluent English and an affinity with developments in data, technology, and AI.
