Senior Project Manager (Marketing)

Location: Minsk, Warsaw, Chișinău, Belgrade, Bucharest, Vilnius, Europe, or Eastern Europe. Work options include remote B2B in Georgia or Poland, and hybrid, on-site, or remote work in Belarus or Moldova.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end technical and creative workflows across the marketing department.
• Align SEO, technical writing, design, web development, CRM, QA, and outsourced teams.
• Build project timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate Zoho CRM data workflows, system updates, and marketing integrations.
• Review Figma designs, manage feedback loops, and support design-to-development handoffs.
• Work with QA to establish testing checkpoints, resolve blockers, and improve processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in marketing, technology, or an agency environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing creative and technical projects.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Trello, plus at least one additional project management platform.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM workflows, data management, integrations, Figma, and Google Workspace.
• Clear verbal and written English communication is required.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, analytical thinking, leadership, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation, web development or design workflows, agile or Scrum methodologies, and QA testing protocols.
• Comfort using AI in project work.
• PMP, CAPM, or another project management certification.
• Background in marketing, digital strategy, or technology.
