Associate Manager, DashMart - Supply Chain Profitability Strategy & Operations

Location: Hybrid role based in New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Washington, D.C.; Chicago, IL; or Tempe, AZ. In-person collaboration is expected a few times a year, and DashMart employees must spend time understanding operations on site.

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Set short- and long-term financial goals for reducing shrink and create the playbook to achieve them.
• Use SQL, AI, and business data to identify opportunities and assess financial and operational impact.
• Design and implement process-driven and product-driven solutions from initial requirements through outcome measurement.
• Run operational experiments that turn analytical insights into measurable, scalable profitability improvements.
• Lead cross-functional work with Category, Vendor Management, Operations, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in technology, retail, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in process improvement, data modeling, supply chain, financial analysis, and business strategy.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including building queries from scratch and using data to drive decisions.
• Experience with analytical visualization tools such as Sigma, Mode, or Tableau.
• Ability to independently drive undefined projects from analysis through cross-functional execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
