Associate Clinical and Sales Specialist (Cardiac Electrophysiology)

Location: Canberra, with the listed work location in North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia; minimum 20% travel required

What you will do

• Provide clinical product expertise and technical assistance to physicians and electrophysiology laboratory staff.
• Support the effective use of the CARTO System, software modules, RF generators, and catheter equipment during cardiac electrophysiology procedures.
• Develop sales strategies, expand market share, and build partnerships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Prepare cases, troubleshoot proprietary hardware, and support procedural success.
• Organise professional training events, coordinate product trials, and support new product launches.
• Manage consignment stock, expenses, reporting, and operational compliance.

Requirements

• Preferred background in Health Sciences or Biomedical Engineering.
• Exceptional business partnering and communication skills.
• All applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
• Reliable car and valid driver licence required.
• Flexibility to travel, with a minimum travel requirement of 20%.
