What you will do

• Lead and develop the complete procurement function and strategy across installations, EPC, and hardware manufacturing.
• Manage global supplier strategy, including selection, segmentation, performance, and relationship management.
• Establish commercial terms, contract standards, approval workflows, and procurement policies.
• Drive cost-out targets and value delivery across the group's third-party spend.
• Partner cross-functionally with installs, development/EPC, hardware/product, and finance teams.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply-chain management.
• Experience spanning capital projects/EPC, manufactured hardware, or field operations.
• Proven track record of building supplier bases and delivering material cost savings at pace.
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation instincts.
• Ability to build a function from an early stage, including processes, team, and systems.
• Energy, renewables, construction, or hardware-supply-chain background is a strong advantage.
