Principal Product Manager (Atlas Logistics Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts, with occasional domestic and international travel to customer and potential sites up to 20%. Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $177,207.64–$221,509.55 annually.

What you will do

• Define strategic business plans, product visions, and roadmaps for Atlas logistics solutions.
• Lead collaboration between customers, product stakeholders, and software and hardware engineers to design, build, and deploy robotics applications.
• Conduct product discovery with logistics customers and strategic partners to understand workflows, pain points, and success criteria.
• Analyze market gaps, competitors, customer needs, KPIs, financial models, and ROI potential.
• Create product artifacts, business cases, requirements, and prioritization decisions to guide development.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and definition through development, customer engagement, and launch.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a product manager or in a relevant industry.
• Experience building products in warehousing and fulfillment, robotics, and new technology introduction.
• Ability to translate customer processes into requirements for end-to-end robotics solutions.
• Extensive experience working cross-functionally with software and hardware engineering teams.
• Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap execution, stakeholder management, communication, market analysis, KPIs, and financial modeling.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
