Assistant Store Manager of Customer Experience (Retail)

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States; onsite physical retail store

Annual base pay: $71,168–$79,076, plus substantial quarterly bonuses.

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end guest experience, including visual merchandising, hosts, community events, and guest service.
• Maintain luxury service standards and establish a culture of service excellence across the store.
• Attract, hire, coach, and retain high-performing retail talent.
• Monitor guest experience performance metrics and convert insights into training and process improvements.
• Develop and execute training programs with corporate enablement, suppliers, and retail partners.
• Perform key holder and Manager on Duty responsibilities while coordinating with sales, logistics, visual merchandising, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and client-service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and perform physical store duties, including lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida.
