What you will do

• Manage opening and closing routines and oversee salesfloor and stockroom operations.
• Drive sales results through customer service, product knowledge, fashion awareness, and brand presentation.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, payroll activities, and daily store efficiency.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop non-management staff.
• Build and maintain visual displays, protect store assets, and perform inventory control.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and fulfill omnichannel orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to coach others, take initiative, demonstrate confidence, and achieve results.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging retail environment.
