Lead Digital Project Manager (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas area; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 annually.

What you will do

• Manage project planning and execution across concept, prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages.
• Develop project schedules, reporting, tracking charts, checklists, and other project management documentation.
• Lead change management, decision-making, issue resolution, and resource coordination.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog according to business value.
• Communicate backlog priorities and product vision to the Scrum Team.
• Act as the key decision-maker for product features and support sprint objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps is required.
• Experience managing product backlogs using Agile software tools.
• Knowledge of program management, organizational leadership, decision-making, change control, and problem management.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in the Dallas, Texas area.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of Confluence.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
