What you will do

• Shape enterprise-wide data capabilities and influence how data is managed across the bank.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders on strategic transformation initiatives.
• Drive enterprise data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management frameworks.
• Establish business glossaries, data dictionaries, metadata standards, and end-to-end data lineage.
• Define standards, controls, and metrics to improve governance maturity and data quality.
• Lead adoption, data literacy, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven culture initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in business informatics, computer science, banking, finance, or a related field.
• Experience in data governance, metadata management, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience with enterprise data catalogue platforms such as Informatica, Collibra, or Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with data catalogues, lineage, governance, metadata, and records management tools.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
