Branch Manager - Bilingual - Cantonese preferred

Location: Brooklyn, New York, United States. Full-time branch-based role; schedule varies with branch needs and may include weekends and evenings.

Salary: $93,150–$127,650 per year.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in a high-volume branch environment, including coaching and team development.
• Four years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking.
• Demonstrated success meeting sales, branch, and business objectives in a profit-and-loss environment.
• Ability to meet SAFE Act requirements, complete background checks, and obtain a unique NMLS identifier.
• Strong customer service and community partnership experience.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

• Cantonese bilingual ability.
