What you will do

• Respond to customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other routine teller transactions.
• Support sales, retention, service, and operational initiatives to achieve banking center growth and profitability goals.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, bank policies, and branch audit requirements.
• Coach and support banking center colleagues, help onboard new bankers, and serve as a role model.
• Build collaborative relationships with banking center teams and business lines while supporting banking centers across the region.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• 0–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and branch transaction-processing systems.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, adaptability, and regional travel abilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
