Data Analyst (Tableau)

What you will do

• Build reports and dashboards in Tableau to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Analyze data and explain changes, trends, and outcomes to non-technical audiences through clear storytelling and visualizations.
• Work with large-scale datasets and optimize query logic, indexes, and joins for performance.
• Integrate data from multiple sources through ETL processes and support analytics workflows.
• Administer Tableau Server, including user management, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the data analytics team to support delivery and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in data analytics.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Tableau experience, including Tableau Prep, report creation, and dashboard development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL processes and multi-source data integration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and optimizing queries, indexes, and joins.
• B.Sc. or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with BigQuery and Dataform.
• Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Plotly.
• Domain knowledge in airlines, transportation, logistics, or vacations.
