Senior Data Analyst

Location: Remote or on-site in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, or Yerevan

What you will do

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards according to agreed standards.
• Create and maintain data sources and data flows.
• Ensure data accuracy, validity, integrity, and freshness.
• Handle ad hoc analytical requests, including segmentation, data exports, and metric snapshots.
• Validate hypotheses through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate and brainstorm with different business streams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills, including querying and window functions.
• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Familiarity with databases such as ClickHouse.
• Skills in hypothesis validation and data-driven analysis.
• Experience with Contact Centre or Customer Support is beneficial for the role.

Nice to have

• Python experience for API usage and task resolution.
