What you will do

• Own the architecture of gas, water, LN2, and vacuum distribution systems for advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Develop and maintain P&IDs, device lists, interface definitions, requirements allocations, and architecture documentation.
• Create CAD models and routing layouts, perform mechanical design, and guide contractors and support teams on piping, tubing, cables, and associated hardware.
• Perform fluid flow and thermal simulations and lead architecture tradeoffs and major component selection.
• Define system requirements, interfaces, interlocks, and sequencing concepts across mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, service, reliability, and regulatory functions.
• Support design reviews, prototype builds, system bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, vendor communication, and productization for high-volume production.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Doctorate with 3 years, Master's degree with 6 years, or Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience.
• Strong experience with complex gas, water, cryogenic, and/or vacuum distribution systems.
• Experience with P&IDs, device lists, interface documentation, system-level routing layouts, mechanical design, and CAD.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering teams and supporting prototype builds, integration, and troubleshooting.
