What you will do

• Develop and evaluate biologic drug candidates for immunotherapy and immunology programs.
• Design, execute, analyze, and interpret in vitro and ex vivo studies using primary human and mouse immune cells.
• Develop complex immune cell-based functional assays with tumor cell lines, reporter systems, and co-culture models.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot multicolor flow cytometry panels, including compensation, unmixing, antibody titration, and gating strategies.
• Generate data-driven conclusions and recommendations to advance research programs.
• Collaborate with discovery, translational, and project teams; prepare scientific reports and presentations; and maintain accurate experimental documentation.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Immunology, Cancer Biology, Cell Biology, Immuno-Oncology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant research experience, including at least 4 years in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical R&D environment.
• Hands-on expertise in immunotherapy, immunology, primary immune cell assays, multi-parameter flow cytometry, and cytokine profiling.
• Experience with immune activation, proliferation, and cytotoxicity assays, as well as flow cytometry panel design and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, troubleshoot experiments, and advance projects in a fast-paced biotech environment.
• Strong written and oral communication, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with spectral flow cytometry.
