AI Agentic Software Engineer

What you will do

• Orchestrate AI development agents for coding, documentation, and refactoring through secure, maintainable pipelines and approved platforms.
• Supervise agent outputs, enforce code quality, maintain version control, and manage prompt libraries and evaluation datasets.
• Design modular, scalable, secure, and cost-aware architectures, perform early feasibility and security reviews, and document architectural decisions.
• Build full-stack features including accessible frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
• Define testing standards and implement automated unit, integration, and E2E tests with explicit coverage targets.
• Align engineering work with KPIs and business outcomes for ProjectSight and construction-sector solutions.

Requirements

• Experience using and managing AI coding agents, including prompt design, oversight, output assessment, code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
• Modern full-stack development experience across frontend frameworks, backend services, microservices, APIs, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
• System architecture design skills and experience translating product requirements and prototype designs into execution plans.
• Experience designing and implementing automated unit, integration, and End-to-End tests.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles, including privacy, transparency, explainability, and bias mitigation.
• Familiarity with project-based business logic, job costing, budget forecasting, and resource management in complex ERP systems.
