What you will do

• Act as a recognised specialist within a defined software engineering discipline and drive engineering best practices.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions supporting automation across the hirify.global value chain.
• Apply continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, and quality engineering practices.
• Own complex technical challenges, contribute to architecture discussions, and influence technical decisions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and create prototypes, proofs of concept, data models, integrations, and configurations.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Formal qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Formal qualifications or expert-level experience in a recognised specialist discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• At least three years of experience in a specialist area such as cloud engineering, integration engineering, or API development.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade software solutions and influencing technical standards.
• Expert knowledge of a specialist software engineering discipline, software architecture, design patterns, and engineering quality attributes.
