What you will do
- Develop and execute global portfolio strategies for vascular access products, managing the lifecycle from concept through end-of-life.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
- Lead customer research and market intelligence activities, building relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and regional stakeholders.
- Drive innovation initiatives, portfolio roadmaps, and new business opportunities in collaboration with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business Development.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, go-to-market approaches, commercialization strategies, and global launch plans.
- Coordinate international and cross-functional stakeholders to align global strategies with regional requirements and deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related function.
- Experience managing complex projects in an international matrix organization.
- Strong customer-centric, strategic, entrepreneurial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English skills required in written and spoken communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- German language skills.
