AVP, Release Train Engineer (Fintech)

Salary: $113,918–$189,829 per year

What you will do

• Manage large-scale technology programs and portfolio deliverables, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Develop and track program roadmaps with senior Technology, Product, Operations, and Transformation stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, presentations, governance materials, metrics, and OKRs.
• Coordinate dependencies, assess project impacts, escalate risks, and support mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Support Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, retrospectives, refinement sessions, and other PI events with Release Train Engineers and delivery teams.
• Track financial performance, resource information, team rosters, and delivery impediments while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, Agile delivery leadership, or a related discipline in a large enterprise.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale technology programs and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting, presentations, and governance materials.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and related project delivery and reporting tools.
• Strong executive presence, communication, financial management, prioritization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or a related master’s degree.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar program management certification.
• Experience supporting hybrid teams with multiple vendors and complex project environments.
