Distribution Supervisor NW1 (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in El Paso, Texas, United States. The role requires 24/7 availability for critical, emergency, and safety-related situations at the distribution center.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including inbound and outbound operations, work orders, inventory records, and order processing.
• Maintain warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, OSHA compliance, forklift inspection procedures, incident reporting, and dispatching SOPs.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, discrepancy analysis, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate customer service workflows, new accounts, customer requests, order releases, delivery performance, and SLA commitments.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, performance reviews, promotions, wage recommendations, and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor performance metrics, support budgeting and accounting functions, and coordinate with brokerage, FTZ, sales, credit, and collections teams.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.
• English and Spanish communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a similar supervisory position.
• Strong supervisory, communication, decision-making, coaching, inventory, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with personal computers, material handling equipment, warehouse operations, and FTZ environments.
