Systems Engineer

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States of America; position may require travel.

What you will do

• Consult with customers on product design, development, maintenance, installation, and technical solutions.
• Analyze data to assess product proposal feasibility and support order-specific, first article, and prototype builds.
• Resolve technical and process issues, document build processes, and train production staff on customer requirements and industry practices.
• Coordinate product or system layouts and manufacturing activities with customers, sales teams, field teams, and technology groups.
• Review change requests, evaluate their impact, communicate implementation timelines, and support ECO and ECN processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• A+ Certification is required.
• Foundational knowledge of relevant technical disciplines, industry practices, and standards.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, collaborate with teams, and apply process improvement methodologies.
