Annual base salary: $107,500–$180,000

What you will do

• Develop long-term content strategies for strategic narratives and flagship initiatives.
• Create, write, optimize, and repurpose thought leadership, blogs, webinars, customer stories, and campaign assets.
• Build connected content ecosystems that support cohesive buyer journeys across audiences, channels, regions, and languages.
• Design scalable content systems and AI-enabled workflows for content planning, creation, atomization, activation, and maintenance.
• Lead webinar content strategy, discussion development, speaker preparation, and narrative planning.
• Monitor content utilization, performance, and adoption to identify opportunities for improved discoverability, engagement, and impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, integrated marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience adapting content across multiple channels, audiences, and stages of the buyer journey.
• Experience partnering with Campaigns, Digital, Product Marketing, Creative, and Field Marketing teams.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools and workflows to research, content creation, ideation, or process optimization.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for executive and practitioner audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building integrated content programs, content ecosystems, and scalable content systems.
• Experience measuring content performance and optimizing future content investments.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or customer experience software.
• Experience supporting executive thought leadership or major research initiatives.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and global content adaptation.
