Project Manager (Digital Agency)

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY, United States, subject to workplace attendance and in-office requirements.

Base salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead internal cross-functional teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build project plans covering budgets, timelines, and resourcing for retainer and incremental work.
• Schedule kickoffs, brainstorms, deliverable reviews, and other project meetings.
• Manage internal and client communication across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
• Own project contracts, including statements of work, vendor service agreements, and releases.
• Manage client-facing execution, status calls, deliverables, feedback, and collaboration with Resourcing, Finance, Business Affairs, and Legal.

Requirements

• Agency experience managing projects, coordinating teams, or performing planning-related work, preferably in the digital space.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of agency processes, including strategy, creative ideation, content development, production, and media.
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience with project management software for work management and timeline planning.
