Senior Product Design Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote, USA

Base salary: $167,200–$240,350 annually, depending on geographic zone.

What you will do

• Frame ambiguous user and business problems into scoped, evidence-backed opportunities.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, experiments, journey mapping, competitive research, and quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Set product direction, prioritize trade-offs, evaluate investments, and make build-versus-buy recommendations.
• Own multi-quarter roadmaps and communicate product narratives to executives, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create visual designs, interaction concepts, coded and click-through prototypes, PRDs, and product specifications.
• Align engineering, clinical, operations, legal, regulatory, and leadership stakeholders through launch and release decisions.

Requirements

• 8+ years solving complex, ambiguous problems across product management, design, and/or research.
• 3–5 years taking products or experiences from an undefined problem space through a measurable launch.
• 3–5 years owning multi-quarter roadmaps and influencing executive and cross-functional decisions.
• Strong expertise in at least two areas: design, product management, strategy, research, or operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with prototyping and modern AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, Figma Make, Cursor, or Lovable.
• Experience working with clinical, legal, regulatory, or other high-stakes compliance functions, plus strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical, care delivery, or chronic condition management products.
• Production-adjacent or fully coded prototype experience.
• Startup experience and a builder-oriented approach.
• Experience evaluating vendors and partners or developing build-versus-buy business cases.
