Writer develops an end-to-end enterprise generative AI platform for building and deploying AI agents grounded in company data.
What you will do
- Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance AI applications into production.
- Build intelligent agents and AI-powered features based on emerging research.
- Integrate AI solutions with the end-to-end platform and ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with research scientists, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements and deliver customer-focused features.
- Research and evaluate AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Implement responsible AI practices covering bias detection, explainability, and safety alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and large language models.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and MLOps tools.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, well-tested code for scalable software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
