Customer Marketing Partner (Web3)

Location: United States; global and remote-based. Some working-hours overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) is expected.

Annual cash compensation: $101,000–$208,000 for remote U.S. locations, plus long-term incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage marketing relationships with a portfolio of strategic protocol and blockchain partners.
• Build customer advocacy assets, case studies, thought leadership, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Design and execute repeatable co-marketing programs with strategic partners.
• Translate Chainlink technology, integrations, and Web3 concepts into clear customer-facing narratives.
• Track campaign performance and connect customer marketing activity to brand perception, pipeline, expansion, and retention.
• Align Product Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Communications, and external partners around shared go-to-market goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, or strategic go-to-market roles.
• Experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or Web3 environments.
• Ability to turn complex technical architectures into compelling, audience-focused campaigns and stories.
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns from creative briefing through execution, promotion, and post-launch analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders, enterprise clients, and technical leaders.
• Understanding of Web3, blockchain infrastructure, and the Chainlink ecosystem, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience communicating with both crypto-native teams and traditional financial institutions.
• Experience creating interactive launch campaigns, video spotlights, or joint event activations.
