Salary: $98,000–$176,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive new product introductions for Silicon Photonics devices by setting performance targets and launch conditions.
• Analyze sensitivity curves and electrical and optical device performance.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction activities and support first-time-right product launches.
• Work with Electrical Characterization, Test, Integration, and Process Module teams to establish SPC controls and deliver product improvements.
• Use data analysis, failure analysis, and device knowledge to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support customer engineering and manufacturing initiatives that improve cost, cycle time, yield, and process robustness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Circuit Design, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of experiment design, execution, and analysis.
• Knowledge of circuit design and test, solid-state device physics, submicron FET architectures, and the relationship between electrical characteristics, yield, and product behavior.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment and learn quickly.

Nice to have

• Two years of relevant industry experience.
• Internship experience in circuit design, characterization, test, yield enhancement, or product engineering.
• Knowledge of semiconductor processing, process integration, and Silicon Photonics.
