Managed XSIAM Service Delivery Lead (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Deliver white-glove onboarding and ongoing technical guidance for Managed XSIAM customers.
• Analyze customer security data to improve detection coverage, alert quality, tenant hygiene, and automation opportunities.
• Advise customers on alert tuning, data onboarding, correlation optimization, and security posture improvement.
• Manage customer requests, lead onboarding sessions and security reviews, and coordinate timely delivery with SOC engineering.
• Partner with SOC engineering, Product, MDR, and Unit 42 teams to maintain service quality and cross-functional alignment.
• Design automation workflows, advocate for customer needs, and contribute to documentation and scalable service frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Security Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or SOC operations, preferably in enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of XDR, SIEM, and SOAR technologies, including incident and alert management, correlation development, and data source onboarding.
• Experience collaborating with security analysts, engineers, and threat hunters in operational environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
