Assistant Branch Manager (Banking)

Location: Okeechobee, Florida, United States; in-office position

What you will do

• Support branch performance and lead the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch employees.
• Manage proactive customer experiences, provide financial guidance, and resolve client issues.
• Execute the sales process to achieve targets, increase revenue, and grow consumer and business relationships.
• Coach employees to meet performance expectations and support talent retention and performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks through established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, retail lending, selling, customer service, and client loyalty.
• Strong coaching, communication, decision-making, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state and pass required background checks.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

Nice to have

• Spanish-speaking ability.
• Experience with proactive sales, customer experience, digital awareness, and leveraging technology.
