Branch Manager (Finance)

Location: Onsite in Ontario, Ohio, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.

Salary: $44,300–$62,000 annual base salary, plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Build a customer-focused branch environment and present suitable lending options.
• Lead team meetings and align employees with branch goals.
• Train and coach employees on branch operations, compliance, and collections.
• Oversee collection activities and help customers resolve overdue accounts.
• Recruit and develop diverse talent while providing actionable performance feedback.
• Ensure strong performance, regulatory compliance, and efficient issue resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven experience meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing within six months of starting.
• Ability to work onsite in Ontario, Ohio.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• Experience with underwriting, credit decisions, or the financial industry.
