Sr. Desktop Support Analyst (Microsoft Windows)

Location: Santa Monica, United States; regular in-office movement and hands-on hardware duties required.

Salary: $80,700–$121,100 annually for Santa Monica, depending on location and relevant experience.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows operating systems, desktop applications, connectivity, mobile devices, and remote access.
• Resolve second-level escalations involving Windows 365, Citrix, VPN, software compatibility, and legal-specific applications.
• Diagnose, repair, install, image, upgrade, and replace computers and related equipment.
• Manage hardware procurement, physical asset inventory, office equipment capacity, and vendor relationships.
• Mentor support colleagues, document technical requirements, gather user feedback, and implement approved service improvements.
• Support IT infrastructure and server room hardware installations and maintenance, including participation in an off-hours on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, document management systems, handheld technologies, and legal-specific applications.
• Experience leading desktop-related projects and working in managed desktop operating system environments.
• Basic Microsoft Active Directory network administration experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 365, Citrix, VPN, connectivity, and applications.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, move throughout the office, lift up to 50 pounds, and travel minimally.

Nice to have

• SCCM and FIM knowledge.
• Experience with Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco Unified Call Manager, and Cisco Unity Voicemail.
