Pricing Financial Analyst (Automotive)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States. The role requires existing United States work authorization and does not offer employment-based visa or immigration sponsorship. Travel of up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Conduct model year, full model change, and affiliate vehicle pricing studies.
• Evaluate vehicle profitability, contribution margins, pricing decisions, and financial impacts.
• Develop pricing recommendations, analytical reports, and executive decision-support materials.
• Collaborate with Product Lifecycle Management, Finance, Sales, and hirify.global Motor Corporation stakeholders.
• Support SAP income statement analysis, material cost assessments, and manufacturing cost-related Q&A processes.
• Improve pricing databases, reporting processes, tools, and systems, including Power BI and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Product or Program Finance, FP&A, or strategic cost and profit analysis.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Experience with data visualization in PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI.
• Ability to analyze complex data, communicate findings to executives, manage multiple projects, and work in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced related degree.
• Project management experience or PMP/CAPM certification.
• Experience using AI for process improvement.
• Experience with vehicle lifecycle management, cost planning, manufacturing finance, process improvement, standardization, or tool development.
