Transport Driver - Crude Oil

Location: Cadiz, Ohio, United States. Local routes with home-daily scheduling; work may require up to 12-hour AM/PM shifts and hours beyond the scheduled shift.

Salary: $34.21–$36.01 per hour. Total compensation may reach up to $130,000.

What you will do

• Drive tank trucks, trailers, or tractor-trailers to deliver petroleum products safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations.
• Follow loading, offloading, site-specific, and operating procedures.
• Complete required regulatory and customary paperwork and prepare equipment for the next shift.
• Report incidents, safety and environmental concerns, equipment issues, and deficiencies.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and all applicable safety procedures.

Requirements

• Active Class A Commercial Driver’s License with Hazardous Materials and Tank Vehicle endorsements required.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record and consent to driving-record and FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse reviews.
• Ability to drive interstate and work up to 12-hour AM/PM shifts, including hours beyond the scheduled shift.
• Registration with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and a current DOT medical card.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card and pass required drug, alcohol, safety, criminal-background, pre-trip, and road-test screenings.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather, at elevations above 30 feet, and lift, carry, push, or pull 50–65 pounds.
