Senior Project Manager (Life Sciences)

Salary: USD 180,000–240,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct and manage consulting, design, or construction management services for complex projects.
• Lead larger teams and coordinate multiple project subcontracts.
• Manage client relationships and create positive project experiences that support future work.
• Apply hirify.global’s integrated ONEsolution delivery methodology where relevant.
• Oversee project execution and delivery across core engineering disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least seven years of successful project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading and managing large teams, including subcontractors.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering disciplines and design and construction project delivery.
• Complete at least eight hours of leadership or supervisory training annually.
