Senior Content Strategist, AI Learning & Knowledge Enablement

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $112,000–$156,500 total cash range annually, with potential increases up to $179,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Determine whether performance gaps require courses, in-the-flow support, knowledge solutions, or no new build.
• Set content standards, templates, and quality gates for contributors, subject matter experts, contractors, and AI-assisted authors.
• Design and develop courses, learning content, communications, digests, and knowledge operations solutions.
• Lead intake, triage, delegation, planning, and lifecycle management for an assigned portfolio.
• Govern AI-assisted content for accuracy, currency, discoverability, source traceability, and safe use by AI systems.
• Evaluate learning tools, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, support workflow automation, and translate platform decisions into operational impacts.

Requirements

• Applied knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and course development.
• Experience evaluating content quality, prioritization, business value, and AI readiness.
• Experience organizing content in systems such as GitHub and Confluence.
• Solid project management skills, including intake, triage, delegation, and plan maintenance.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, negotiation, de-escalation, and leadership communication skills.
• Ability to work in Seattle, Washington, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience creating in-the-flow performance support with digital adoption or learning platforms.
• Experience evaluating or piloting learning and content tools outside an existing platform stack.
• Travel industry content experience, especially in flights or lodging.
• Technical writing and AI-enabled content maintenance experience.
• Experience designing conversations or scenarios for AI-simulated practice environments.
