What you will do

• Drive end-to-end computer vision and machine learning work for ambiguous, large-scale, and complex product problems.
• Build, validate, optimize, and deploy machine learning models into production.
• Establish scalable and automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and serving.
• Run A/B experiments, collect data, and perform statistical analysis to inform product requirements.
• Research computer vision approaches for content understanding, recommendation, and ranking systems.
• Present results to leadership and mentor junior engineers across teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building large-scale machine learning-driven user-facing products.
• Extensive knowledge of deep learning and computer vision techniques.
• Experience with transformers, self-supervised pre-training, generative modeling, LLMs, or other state-of-the-art approaches.
• Hands-on experience training and applying models at scale with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proficient coding skills in Java, C++, or Python.
• Master’s or PhD in computer science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with backend and machine learning systems for large-scale user-facing products.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams to ship recommendation, content understanding, and ranking technologies.
