What you will do

• Develop and train advanced computer vision and multimodal models.
• Design scalable AI agent frameworks integrating large foundation models.
• Implement fine-tuning and reinforcement learning techniques for continuous improvement.
• Prototype novel prompting strategies for Vision-Language Models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements.
• Manage the full system lifecycle from development to deployment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in training deep learning models for computer vision.
• 1+ years of experience with large language or vision-language models.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects.
