What you will do

• Develop authoritative engineering models for complex systems and systems of systems.
• Model system architectures and behaviors using SysML and MBSE methodologies.
• Develop and maintain models, engineering artifacts, and integrated datasets.
• Collaborate with engineers, software developers, contractors, and government customers.
• Analyze architecture and engineering data to solve complex problems and recommend solutions.
• Produce and present technical documentation and engineering artifacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of SysML and proficiency with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.
• Experience developing and maintaining models for complex systems and systems of systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering or relevant certifications such as OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP, or PMP.
• Knowledge of SysML 2.0, Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with DoDAF, UAF, or other architecture frameworks.
• Knowledge of aerospace and defense systems, modeling and simulation tools, and related practices.
