What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize enterprise ETL architectures and high-throughput data pipelines.
• Ingest, transform, and normalize large volumes of global real estate data using Apache Kafka and Elasticsearch.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities, including predictive analytics, intelligent search, automated tagging, embedding models, and LLM APIs.
• Build scalable, low-latency applications and production-grade APIs.
• Lead major technical initiatives, define measurable goals, and translate business needs into engineering requirements.
• Mentor engineers and establish standards for architecture, testing, code review, and AI development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering and enterprise data architecture experience.
• Expertise in designing, monitoring, and scaling complex enterprise data pipelines.
• Production-scale experience with SQL Server, Apache Kafka, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience integrating AI/ML systems, vector databases, predictive models, LLM APIs, and AI software development lifecycles.
• Experience architecting scalable, low-latency APIs and applying software architecture, design patterns, unit testing, TDD, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI systems, workflows, and knowledge frameworks.
• Experience with real estate data standards such as RESO.
• Familiarity with OData, OpenID Connect, and OAuth2.
• Exposure to Angular and JavaScript.
