Senior Director, Business Development – Biologics & Biomarkers

Location: Remote - US; national business development role.

What you will do

• Drive strategic growth of bioanalytical services by acquiring new clients and programs.
• Develop business with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies conducting patient-based clinical development.
• Build new client relationships through technical, consultative selling.
• Identify emerging opportunities across biologics, biomarkers, molecular and cellular bioanalysis, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Position hirify.global as a preferred bioanalytical partner and expand the biologics and biomarker portfolio.
• Coordinate with regional Business Development teams and support growth of the Phoenix and Lincoln laboratories.

Requirements

• Experience combining scientific credibility with commercial business development leadership.
• Strong understanding of biologics, biomarkers, molecular and cellular bioanalysis, or related therapeutic modalities.
• Ability to develop relationships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and operate nationally.
