Product Documentation Writer (AI)

Location: Remote in Poland

Salary: €2,500–€3,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Turn feature specifications into customer-facing release articles published when releases ship.
• Work with the Russian-speaking product team to verify product behavior and clarify missing details.
• Write and edit accurate English documentation in the Fundraise Up voice and structure.
• Review AI-generated drafts against the live product and resolve inaccuracies or open questions.
• Own feedback on published documentation and update older content as needed.
• Create screenshots, screen recordings, and short walkthroughs for product releases.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience writing technical or product documentation or technology content.
• End-to-end ownership of documentation quality, accuracy, and clarity.
• Near-native written English at C1/C2 level.
• Working Russian sufficient to source product behavior from a Russian-speaking team and clarify missing details.
• Ability to read technical specifications, follow basic API behavior, and document it accurately.
• Ability to record, edit, and deliver clear screen-recorded walkthroughs independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST APIs and developer-facing documentation.
• Editorial process experience, including leading or contributing to editing workflows.
• Background in product marketing or UX writing.
• Experience in a bilingual Russian/English product or engineering organization.
