Client Solution Specialist Sr.

Location: In-office at The Plaza at Coral Gables, Coral Gables or Fort Lauderdale, Florida

What you will do

• Provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Gather, prepare, review, and verify client documentation and related information.
• Process client, account, and transaction details while following standard regulations and procedures.
• Administer implementation plans and coordinate related client interactions.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, client teams, and service partners, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare reports, maintain relevant systems, and provide peer or administrative support.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience, or relevant product knowledge.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with customer support policies, sales support, administration, relationship management, and managing multiple priorities.
• Must work in-office in Coral Gables or Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
