ICS Systems Administrator Technical Lead (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Deploy, test, configure, and maintain hirify.global applications across on-premises environments, AWS, and Azure.
• Manage virtual machines, storage, server operating systems, databases, messaging, security, and infrastructure administration tools.
• Provide first- and second-level support for deployed systems and perform root cause analysis, configuration reviews, and unit testing.
• Configure and manage IIS, SQL Server, monitoring utilities, Active Directory, Azure AD, and application-specific user management.
• Document and resolve customer and internal issues in CRM and JIRA, escalating matters to Development or Product Management when needed.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cloud Services, Information Services, Product, Support, and external clients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience deploying and maintaining IT systems administration technologies.
• Experience managing cloud and on-premises systems, Microsoft Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell or similar scripting utilities.
• Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent industry experience is accepted.
• Strong communication, documentation, analysis, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
